…like your hair is on fire

I have heard coaches tell their players to play like their hair is on fire and directors tell performers to sing like their hair is on fire. Often teachers are challenged to teach like their hair is on fire.

Now I am writing like my hair is on fire for one reason and one reason only.

I don’t want to let myself down.

In the last two months I have felt great pride in sharing daily insights and quotes. Some how I let today slip past without penning one single idea. 😦

So here it is. My message today is more of a wish. I wish for everyone who reads this post to have a reason to “set their hair on fire.”

My hope for you is that you have one desperate desire that you feel the need to fulfill each day. A need so intense that your hair is on fire with determination and dedication.

I always love my children and my husband like my hair is on fire. I always try to teach like my hair is on fire. I sing like my hair is on fire at church each time I attend. Tonight I wish with the power of a five-alarm fire that you find or cherish a passion in you life.

Put your energy into that “hair on fire” intention and your will definitely feel the burn of success and happiness.
