When you look at this log peeking out of the water, what do you see?
On a recent trip to the creek, my daughter was walking across a partially submerged log and discovered this cool formation sticking up from the water.
“Mom, what do you see?” she asked pointing to this unusual tree.
After giving it a moment’s thought, I said, “A turtle head sticking out of the water.”
She replied, “Me too!”
My youngest son said it was as lizard. My oldest son said it kind of looked like a horse with a really short snout. My husband said we all had way more imagination than him. 🙂
While this log provided a fun family discussion on our creek exploration, it also created opportunities for a number of Intentergy lessons.
What do you see? Share this photo with family or friends and strike up a conversation that is based purely on nature and imagination. These can be terrific conversations.
Appreciate the opportunities nature provides us. If you can stand the heat or when it cools down, get outside. Walk. Journal. Photograph. Play. Nature is free and a wonderful gift to share with your loved ones.
Take a break from the obvious. Allow yourself to see something new in your surroundings. Whether it is finding fun shapes in the clouds or discovering beautiful new shades of color in the leaves, you are guaranteed to find inspiration and escape in allowing your outlook to change.
Learn from the different view points of others. When we talk about how we see things differently, we learn about one another and how to communicate effectively. Understanding different view points also develops healthier relationships and fosters kinder and more loving interactions.
Put some imagination and communication into your intents today. Positive energy is sure to flow and you may see things as you have never seen them before.

P.S. I really do want to know what you see in that picture.
I thought it was a squirrels face with his hand raised lol.

Fave post of the day ❤ I had a similar post in my fb group, except with clouds 🙂
I would have giggled out loud at your husband's response, were I not at work and supposed to be paying attention 😉 It's exactly what my bf would have said.
FYI, I see a dinosaur 🙂

Giggling is strongly encouraged. (just blame it on the dinosaurs) My youngest wanted the log to be a dinosaur fossil. 🙂

I did that 🙂 Funny just two days after posting this comment we were sitting on the dock out at camp and my boyfriend stopped me and said ‘look at that!’. I looked and just saw clouds. He says, “doesn’t it look just like a puppy with his big ears and paws out there?!’. Cutest thing ever; it made me smile and I immediately thought back to this thread 🙂

That is terrific! We are big fans of cloud shape identification is one our favorite car ride pastimes. 🙂

Sounds fantastic! lol in my family when we went on roadtrips we always played “my car, your car” (I don’t know if it’s a real thing or not haha)… you pick one person and go in a clockwise circle through the vehicle’s occupants… the next car that drives by that person (the driver, let’s say) has to go “My car”. Next vehicle that goes by the passenger would then declare it “my car” (and us, being the kids in the back would always yell out “your car” whenever it was someone else’s ‘turn’). We’d all ooh and ahh and giggle over each other’s respective vehicles. My turn always seemed to result in the transports lol. It would be fun too when we’d get to vehicles travelling side by side in double lanes and hoping that the nicer one would pull up front and be ‘your car’. It’s silly, but always fun for a laugh 🙂

You’re welcome! I think what’s in our hearts sort of determines what we see or our perspective abt life/situations!… Thinking about it after the fact, its no wonder tht I would see a seal praying as I absolutely LOVE to pray!
